研究生学习FPGA未来就业前景如何?

要读研究生了，老师让我和一个同学学fpga。之前心里想的是学软件或者通信方向的，不过因为自己也没有对这些东西有特别的偏好，所以对于老师的要求也没有意见。最近两年因为中兴被制裁，芯片行业未来应该会被国家更加重视吧？想知道fpga目前以及未来在就业方面如何？
